§ 710.060. Sewer Permits.

A.
There shall be four (4) classes of building sewer permits:

1.
Residential (single-family) premises;

2.
Mobile homes, duplexes and apartments;

3.
Commercial service; and

4.
Service to establishments producing industrial wastes.
