It is unlawful for any person to park or cause to be parked
any vehicle on the hereinafter designated streets at any time when
snow is on the ground. Said streets are as follows:

Elm Street, east side, between Peach Avenue and the railroad.

Maple Street, east side, between Parker Drive and Springfield
Road.

Peach Avenue, north side, between Oak Street and Pine Street.

Pear Avenue, north side, between Springfield Road and the City
Golf Course.

Pear Avenue, south side, between Oak Street and Springfield
Road.

Pine Street, east side, between Springfield Road and Plum Avenue.

Plum Street, north side, between the railroad track and Cedar
Street.

In addition to the other general penalties provided for in Section 100.050 any person violating any provision of this Schedule is subject to having any vehicle which is parked in violation of this Schedule towed at the owner's expense. |
