General. Except as may be otherwise allowed
by this Schedule and except as otherwise provided in this Chapter,
no person shall operate any motor vehicle, other vehicle, or motorized
bicycle on any highway, street, or alley within the City at a speed
greater than twenty-five (25) miles per hour.
Specific Locations. No person shall operate
any motor vehicle, other vehicle, or motorized bicycle on any of the
following named highways, streets, or alleys at a speed in excess
of that hereinafter specified.
