§ 340.130. Unlawful Use of In-Line Skates, Roller Skates, Skateboards On Certain Public Property.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use roller blades, in-line skates or roller skates or ride a skateboard, upon any bench, brick border, culvert, fence, fountain basin, hand railing, monument, pedestrian ramp, planter, pillar, retaining wall, stairway, step, stonework, storm water drainage channel, or on public roadways, parking areas, curb and gutter or similar infrastructure located on property owned or controlled by the City of Owensville.
