§ 340.125. Use of Skateboards, Roller Skates, In-Line Skates, Bicycles and Scooters, Limitations — Motorized Bicycles and Scooters Prohibited.

A.
No person shall ride a bicycle or use roller skates, in-line skates, skateboards or scooters upon a sidewalk within a business district.

B.
Whenever any person is riding a bicycle or using roller skates, in-line skates, skateboards or scooters upon a sidewalk, such person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signal before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.

C.
No person shall ride a motorized bicycle or motorized scooter upon a sidewalk within the City of Owensville.
