§ 225.085. Skateboards and Similar Devices.

A.
No person shall use or operate any riding device upon the paved walking trails within the Owensville City park. Such riding devices include, but are not limited to, skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates, scooters, soapbox derby cars and/or other non-motorized wheeled vehicles.

B.
The Owensville Park Board may allow the above prohibited use during special events sponsored by the City of Owensville or another entity, as approved by the Park Board.

C.
Violation of this Section shall be an infraction punishable by fine of up to two hundred dollars ($200.00).
