§ 130.130. Employment/ Compensation.

Elected and appointed officials and employees serving in an executive or administrative capacity may not be paid to perform any service for one year after they leave public employment through which they attempt to influence a decision of any agency of the State or political subdivision in which they were an officer, employee, or over which they had supervisory authority. (See Section 105.454 (5) RSMo.)
