§ 620.030. Occupational License Franchise Fee On Businesses Supplying Electric, Telephone, Water or Gas Service — Authority To Investigate Correctness of Statement of Receipts — Access To Records.

The City Clerk or his/her duly authorized designee shall be authorized to investigate the correctness of the statement required in Section 620.020, and for that purpose the City Clerk shall have access at all reasonable times to books, papers and records in order to ascertain the accuracy thereof.
