§ 225.170. Opening and Closing Hours For City Golf Course.

A. 

The City golf course shall be open throughout the year from dawn to dusk subject to the following exceptions:

1. 

When notice is posted by park personnel that the course is closed due to weather conditions.

2. 

When notice is posted by park personnel that the course, or a portion thereof, is closed for construction or maintenance purposes.

3. 

At such time as permission has been granted by the Park Board in writing to an organization or individual to play "night golf". In the event such permission is granted, the written permit shall set forth thereon the name of the individual in charge, the time at which play is to commence and end, the number of players who shall participate and an acknowledgment by the individual in charge that appropriate equipment (balls and flashlights) are available and shall be used.
