§ 225.150. Horseback Riding.

No person shall ride a horse except on designated bridle trails as recommended by the Park Board. All horses used on designated bridle trails shall be thoroughly broken and properly restrained, and ridden with due care and shall not be allowed to graze or go unattended, nor shall any horse be hitched to any rock, tree or shrub.
