§ 115.020. Park Board — Membership.

The Mayor of the City of Owensville shall, with the approval of the Board of Aldermen, appoint a Board of nine (9) Directors for the Public Park Department to be chosen from the citizens at large with reference to their fitness for such office. The Mayor also shall, with the approval of the Board of Aldermen, appoint from the then sitting Board of Aldermen a non-voting, 'ex officio' member who shall sit with the Park Board on all matters. The Alderman so selected shall serve for a term of two (2) years.
